Cleaning your mind makes a lot of sense. Too many people hold on to stuff that s just not worth it. Especially the negative stuff. Just let it go already. You ll be much happier.

Cleaning your mind is the same principal as the power of forgiveness. Forgiving others for all the things they do or did to hurt you, and forging yourself for being hurt,you will finally be free to move on.

...you cant meet someone, "win something", and such---without "giving yourself and your psyche "permission"---the mind is powerful...you have to believe it first!!!

Cleaning out your closet is a good thing. I agree that I need to do it as well. Certainly don't want to hold onto negatives that only spoil things for the current partner.

SOMETIMES PEOPLE ARE STILL STUPID AND STUCK ON THE SAME SUBJECT EVEN AFTER YOU TRY TO TEACH THEM SOMETHING.
I WOULD HAVE A STROKE IF I TRIED TO TEACH PEOPLE LIKE BIGOTS AND KLAN MEMBERS, THEY NEED TO FEEL BIG, BAD AND IMPORTANT SO THEY CREATED A CLUB THAT SECRETLY HATES ON NEGORES ALL DAY.
IF THEY DON\'T WANT TO LISTEN LET THEM ROT IN THEIR MISERY THAT\'S THEIR PROBLEM. IF YOU FOUND THE LIGHT OF PEOPLE FROM EVERY COLOR JOINING TOGETHER THAT\'S GREAT, BUT DON\'T LET OTHER PEOPLE WHO NEED TO HATE PEOPLE ALL DAY TO FEEL SPECIAL, RUIN YOUR HAPPINESS.

It also helps to surround yourself with positive people in your life. Never let the negative, angry people bring you down! Also, for me, I love to laugh and funny people (like me) make me feel happy :)

I feel that when you clean or clear your mind of the past you have a better understanding of the people around you. But you can get a better understanding of oneself as well.
