We can have the job, the nice home, the kids, AND the man. I am sure Opal didn't have to sacrifice being a good mother for a man. Let's not hate...APPRECIATE!!!

And by the way "K", single moms don't become mothers all by themselves. Maybe the kids were with their dad while she was out living her life. So convenient to always assume the worst about the mother - and not even question where the father might be in the picture.
