Wow, what a sauce..and how unusual...
In the past, I have used only lamb shanks..and veal slices and minced veal.
I am going to try veal shanks and perhaps buy a blender!

hmmmmmmm can think of nothing more romantic than putting the feed bag on gobbling up on veal shanks lol may need plenty of napkins to keep the sauce of the corners of the mouth and chin areas hehe that is a sure fire bet to keep them wanting more lol
