I luuuv pasta. The key in makin pasta is al dente. Do. Not. Over-cook. Only spices, sea salt and black pepper. And I would recommend good Bordeaux with this.

Like the tip about the olive oil on the pasta to stop it from sticking together. I usually use cold water after boiling which separates the pasta but makes it a little cold.

Seeing this recipe on my way to bed, and suddenly I'm ravenous. That pasta looks absolutely *delicious*! I wish I had some now. I can almost taste it! But. Not. Quite. Great, now I'm going to have to have a snack before I'll be able to get to sleep.

Hey this is a very simple recipe and low cost tooo!!! I do pastas like this all the time, best way to make a sauce when you have a few minutes to prep the food. But I add just a little garlic to my sauce. I like to add chopped boneless skinless chicken breast to mine or shrimp and veggies, Its excellent.
